The Gift That Keeps On Giving
It's Christmas time , and many people are frantically whipping out their plastic to buy gifts for people that they may or may not even like. Some may even feel persuaded to buy their children guilt gifts; because their work schedules tear them away from the family. And many believe that gifts will make up for lost time.
Stop what you are doing, take a deep breath, slowly exhale, and take a moment to reassess the true meaning of Christmas.
The reality is that there is no gift that can replace quality time and holiday memories. A smile, hugs, baked cookies, a hot homemade meal, and your undivided attention towards your family, is truly priceless.
Begin to bestow the invaluable gifts to those around you, like the Fruits of The Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience,Kindness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control. (Galations 5:223)
These attributes, demonstrated through your character are the gifts that keep on giving.
Until Next Year!
Peace and Blessings
